About Us

Whether you are a seasoned practitioner, or completely new yogi, this club is for you! Our mission is to welcome students of all backgrounds and experience levels to practice, learn and grow together. The weekly classes that we attend as a group aim to build strength, flexibility, and body awareness. And of course, all classes will end with some Savasana – a taste of what it feels like to lay down without a textbook on your face. So, leave your worries at the door, slip into your stretchiest pants and prepare for a sweaty yoga session.
