RxLit: Literature Prescriptions

Welcome to the RxLit At RxLit, we earnestly believe in the power of literature to enrich the minds and perspectives of aspiring health professionals. Our mission to gather a diverse range of individuals who have an appreciation for not only medicine, but the written word as well. Through insightful discussions and explorations of literature, we aim to cultivate well-rounded individuals equipped not only with medical knowledge but also with empathy, critical thinking, and ethical awareness. Our club is a sanctuary where medical students can take a step back from their demanding academic pursuits and immerse themselves in the world of literature. We understand the challenges and pressures that come with medical studies, and we hope that involvement with the book club may provide a welcome reprieve while simultaneously providing members with a holistic and well balanced education.
