Schulich Health Policy Association (SHPA)

Empowering Schulich medical students to understand, shape, and advocate for health policy. We aim to 1) advocate at the provincial and federal levels by drafting evidence-informed recommendations for MPPs and MPs, 2) drive local change by collaborating with Schulich leadership and London community leaders to design and implement small-scale policy solutions that enhance student life and support community health, and 3) foster awareness through speaker events and workshops, to introduce Schulich medical students to the vital role physicians play in shaping health policy.
